Pets are allowed in the camping area, but not in the bungalow area.

DOCUMENTATION: Your dog must have insurance and a health card.

CARE and HYGIENE: It must have continuous hygiene to prevent parasites. For everyone’s health, it is important that you pick up their “poo” when they poo outside the designated places.

CIRCULATION: For the safety of people, other animals and your own dog, you must keep your dog on a leash throughout the campsite.

POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOGS: This designation refers to dogs belonging to certain breeds that are regulated by specific rules, such as a special licence for the owner, which entitles him/her to keep the dog, and others such as the use of a muzzle and a non-extensible leash of less than two metres in public spaces. Breeds considered potentially dangerous are: Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Tosa Inu, Akita Inu.

Visits require prior authorisation, registration at reception and an extra charge.

Camping is not allowed after 22.00 hours. If you have a reservation the maximum time is 00h. Access is only allowed to the car park, staying overnight, and to the services and facilities inside. This overnight stay involves an additional cost.

The conditions for cancellation and/or modification of previous bookings for which the reason is a Covid positive or close contact with a Covid positive person, will be those applied to bookings in general:

• Up to 15 days before arrival, full refund.
• Up to 7 days before arrival, 50% refund.
• Up to 6 days before arrival, no refund.
• Non-refundable, non-refundable reservations are non-refundable and 100% payable at the time of booking.

The change of date is also considered a “Booking Cancellation”.

The minimum booking for camping in high season is 6 nights.

The booking is personal and non-transferable, this criterion being extended to the companions of the owner. Any substitution must be authorised by the Bookings Department and always prior to arriving at the Campsite. Given that acceptance is based on certain data, if these data do not match upon arrival to the Campsite, this will release the management from the booking commitment.

The selection of prices in the quote made on the Campsite’s website is provisional, as this option does not include all the items in the current rate. Other optional items will be settled in the final invoice.

Intentionally filling in the affiliation data incorrectly in the online booking form will result in the cancellation of the booking. For economic purposes, it will be considered as a “cancelled booking”.

Any delay in the time and/or date of arrival of a booking must be communicated, otherwise, after 24 hours the booking will expire and the campsite management will be able to re-offer the plot or bungalow allocated.

Notification of a delay in occupancy does not entail financial compensation or extension of the stay.

1. Camping with reservation: From 14:00 hours and before 00:00 hours.
2. Camping without reservation: From 12:00 am (subject to availability) and before 22:00 pm.

Children from 0 to 2 years old, free of charge. Up to 9 years old, they are billed as children. From the age of 10, they are billed as adults.
